Wire mesh tray - Black C8
Application
Black C8 is cable wire mesh tray with extra high corrosion resistance, which among other things makes Black C8 the most appropriate wire mesh tray for data centers.
With the coating of the BLACK C8, you avoid the phenomenon of zinc whiskers or breaking off zinc residues, which can be a serious problem in electronics in data centers - for example by short circuit and consequent critical crashes.
A better, cheaper and more aesthetic alternative to hot-dip galvanized cable wire mesh trays.
Construction
C8 = Black C8
High corrosion resistance, documented by more than 1000 hours in neutral salinity test.
Hot Dip Galvanized is normal in the range of 45 to 70 micron layer thickness, so it should only be class 5, 6 and 7 that have a lower corrosion resistance than the BLACK C8.
